Assistant professor of Finance at the University of Burgos. He studied Economics and Business Administration at UNED, and obtained his Ph.D. in the Interuniversity program “New Trends in Business Management” (run by Universities of Valladolid, Salamanca, Burgos and Leon). He obtained the Special Ph.D. Award by the University of Burgos and also the award in Accounting and Business Administration granted by the Center of Financial Studies (CEF). His research is focused on the analysis of corporate governance problems, especially in banking organizations.
