Doctor in Economic and Business Sciences from the University Pontificia de Comillas, Master in finance by CUNEF and Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from the Complutense University of Madrid. Advanced Program for Compliance of Financial Entities by the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas. I have 20 years of professional experience in the financial sector – direction of investments of national and American equity funds and Normative Compliance; combining it with 13 years of teaching experience at UAM, where I am an Associate Professor in UDI Financing. I have also held various positions related to Management (ANECA Evaluator, Editorial Office of Revista de Responsabilidad Social de la Empresa, belonging to the Boards Review of various academic journals). I am also accredited as a University Professor by ANECA, so I have numerous publications with impact factor, necessary to achieve this accreditation. My research activity has been developed in 4 lines of research: Financial Strategy, Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance.
