Full Professor in the Department of Financial Economics and Accounting of the University of Valladolid. Doctor in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Valladolid. I have three research tracks that have been positively evaluated by the National Commission for the Evaluation of Research Activity and have collaborated regularly with the rest of the team members in the context of competitive research projects and in various lines of research related to corporate finance, capital structure and ownership structure, corporate governance and boards of directors. One of my lines of specialization has to do with the decision of business financing and the capital structure. To her belongs not only my doctoral thesis but numerous works disseminated throughout my research career.
